The possible issues with the World Trade Organization are in regards to the “international” player’s ability to gamble at these new legal casino sites since players from New Jersey are not allowed to play at foreign gambling establishments causing an unfair practice of the games. This might also cause tension in the international gambling community, which has always viewed the United States’ stance on online gambling as discriminatory and a violation of international agreements.

Since this online casino did not have a Greek license, they were not allowed to operate in the country nor allowed to advertise there and this is exactly what they did. Not only did this online casino promoted themselves over a long period of time, they did it with huge billboards and posters within a very short distance from the Parnes Casino and this is what they’re using in their lawsuit alleging that they have lost a massive amount of revenuer resulting directly from the illegal advertising.
